C.A.R.E. Cancer Support Centre aims to provide support and information to anyone affected by cancer in the South Tipperary area.

The diagnosis of cancer can mark the beginning of a frightening journey. The CARE Centre aims to provide emotional support and practical help to people who have or have had cancer, their family and friends.

Services provided include, emotional support, information, support groups, complementary and relaxation therapies, and counselling referrals.

All services are provided free of charge and provided in the strictest confidence.

The Centre is open Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm.

• Cancer Support Group meets Tuesday 10.30am to 12.30pm
  • Breast Cancer Support Group meets the first Wednesday of every month at 7.30pm
