Monday:

1. Reflexology with Kathleen Russell – 2 sessions

Tuesday:

1)       Meditation with Mary O’Gorman 10.30.am.-11.00.am.

2)       Reflexology with Eilis Collins  10.00. am.  (3 sessions)

3)       Counselling with Ger Power 10.00. am. – 2 sessions.

4)       Art  with Ronnie 11.30 a.m.

 Wednesday:

1)       Yoga with Finola at 11.00 a.m.

2)      Reflexology and Body Talk with Lara at 10.00 a.m.

Thursday:  

1)     I.E.T. (Angel Therapy) with Jackie 10.00.am 3 sessions.

2)    Meditation with Marie Atherton at 11.30 a.m.

3)     Tai Chi at 7.30.pm.

Friday:

1)       Reflexology with Josephine Ryan 1 session per week, as required.

2)       Art with Jackie Dillon at 11.00 a.m.

 

 

 Drop in Service

Being able to visit the centre without an appointment gives people the freedom to drop in when most in need.
