VHI Women’s Mini Marathon 2016

The trustees, staff and members of the C.A.R.E. Cancer Support Centre would like to sincerely than all those who took part in this year’s VHI Mini Marathon to raise funds for the C.A.R.E. Cancer Support Centre. There was an exceptional turn out this year with the ladies raising over €11,000. The amount raised far exceeded any expectation and is a testament to the drive and determination of all involved who continue to support the centre. The C.A.R.E. Cancer Support Centre would also like to thank both Owen and Michael Walsh for supplying and donating the cost of this year’s bus and the driver James O’Dornan.

The C.A.R.E. Cancer Support Centre relies entirely on voluntary contributions from the public to fund its programmes and this is why we appreciate all those who donate to the centre. It is these donations that help the centre continue its work in providing support and information to anyone touched by cancer.
